				About Bill Kessler As a former Olympian (Team Handball, 1984 and 1988), Bill understands excellence and commitment. High-End Concepts is run under the same banner-outstanding performance, unsurpassed quality, and commitment to every order. Bill's support of the law enforcement and public safety departments stems from a deep seated faith in the founding principles of the United States, a faith deepened and crystallized by the events of 2001.
		Bill grew up on Long Island and is now a proud resident of Indianapolis, raising his son Mitchell in the tradition of excellence and solid Midwestern values. Bill enjoys handball, lacrosse, and spending weekends with his family at the lake.
